Service Providers: Transparent LAN Service
Actelis Networks’ carrier-class solutions enable service providers to leverage their existing copper network infrastructure to provide a set of managed advanced Transparent LAN Services (TLS) to their customers, compliant with definitions set forth by the Metro Ethernet Forum (MEF) and International Telecommunications Union (ITU-T). Transparent LAN services allow customers to use the connected remote Ethernet networks as a single Local Area Network (LAN), simplifying the network complexity and management overhead.
Ethernet services can be provided by Actelis’ Carrier Ethernet over Copper™ solutions in both Point-to-Point and Point-to-Multi-Point configurations, offering standards-based, compliant, and secure E-Line and E-LAN services. Actelis solutions are MEF9 and MEF14-certified
