Our solution offers a GUI management system that provides a user-friendly interface to these tools.
Actelis’ advanced troubleshooting tools are quite extensive and include:- TDR (Time-Domain Reflectometry) for detecting and isolating the location of faults on repeatered and non-repeatered links.
- Audible tone inject to detect copper connectivity during installation and troubleshooting.
- L1 and L2 loopback functionality providing segment and end-to-end circuit integrity testing.
- IEEE 802.1ag OAM allowing end-to-end service connectivity to be monitored.
- IEEE 802.3ah OAM (EFM OAM) providing single hop connectivity testing
- Dying gasp (indication of CPE power loss) to differentiate between network failures and customer failures.
- Metallic Test Access for L1 copper testing. This allows external test and monitoring equipment to have easy access to any copper pair.
- Performance Monitoring and Statistics for monitoring L1 and L2 parameters and ensuring SLA commitments and system performance.
- Advanced Troubleshooting tools for Repeater configurations for per-hop analysis to isolate faults easily.
