Ethernet Access Devices: ML42
Actelis' ML42 Ethernet Access Device (EAD) cost effectively delivers high-speed carrier Ethernet and Layer 3 services over the existing copper infrastructure. The Actelis ML42 is an intelligent, compact EAD designed for indoor applications, delivering up to 11.4 Mbps of symmetrical Ethernet traffic with fiber quality over two copper pairs. This is ideal for many applications, including businesses looking to replace T1/E1 services with a cost-effective and higher performing alternative, as well as in-building, building-to-building, and intra-campus applications and connectivity.
The ML42 is an ideal complement to Actelis’ ML600 portfolio of EADs. The ML600 is a hardened product family that supports 2-8 pairs, and is suitable for indoor and outdoor installations, as well as a wide range of applications, including Metro Ethernet access and DSLAM backhaul.
