The Actelis Networks® ML130 is a compact, cost-effective Ethernet in the First Mile (EFM) platform that delivers high-performance, symmetrical Ethernet services to multiple end users, from one centralized platform. Designed with standards-based EFM technology and enhanced with Actelis' MetaLOOP® technology, the ML130 point-to-multipoint platform enables the deployment of up to 40 Mbps of high-quality Ethernet services to locations only served by copper. The Ethernet services from the platform are groomed and handed off to the network through 100 Mbps or optical GigE interfaces.
The ML130's compact design is ideal for customers delivering Ethernet services to small serving areas, remote terminals and campus locations. The bandwidth capabilities and high reliability of the ML130 make it ideal to support a wide range of broadband applications. A low start-up cost enables a low risk investment for the first Ethernet customers, while the platforms growth capabilities allow it to serve an abundance of customers once the service demand grows. It delivers high-quality Ethernet services to multiple sites and supports a wide array of applications including transparent LAN services, LAN interconnection, voice and video over IP. It is also well suited to backhaul bandwidth to DSLAMs/NGDLCs, WiFi and cellular base stations. The ML130 is available now to deliver Ethernet services to customers or sites only served by copper.
