User Agreement
This system is restricted solely to Actelis authorized users for legitimate business purposes only. The actual or attempted unauthorized access, use, or modification of this system is strictly prohibited by Actelis Networks. Unauthorized users are subject to Actelis disciplinary proceedings and/or criminal and civil penalties under state, federal, or other applicable domestic and foreign laws.
The use of this system may be monitored and recorded for administrative and security reasons. Anyone accessing this system expressly consents to such monitoring and is advised that if monitoring reveals possible evidence of criminal activity, Actelis may provide the evidence of such activity to law enforcement officials.
All users must comply with Actelis instructions regarding the protection of Actelis information assets. This explicitly includes the agreement by our Partners and their personnel or agents, not to disclose any product or pricing information obtained on this site with competing companies. By proceeding, all non-Actelis users agree that the terms of the Access Agreement govern their individual access to and use of this system and the information contained herein.
